I’m BACK!!!

Maybe you didn’t even realize I haven’t posted a new blog during the last two weeks?!?! Whether you’ve been waiting with bated breath for my return, or it’s news to you I was even gone, either way…here I am!

I am happy to report that I survived three weeks of Spring Break with the littles. Sure, I could’ve made sure you received my blog during this time, but sometimes we all need a break from the incessant blogs, e-mails, etc.

Now that I’m back to business, I wanted to pop-in to share a short video I did the other day to let you in on what you’ve got to stop doing right now if you care about your health. I’m going to assume you care about your health, or else you wouldn’t be in my community. 🙂
