Have you ever been so fired up about something that you want to share it with everyone around you?
As I sat in my seat in the arena amongst 10,000+ other individuals from around the world, who all shared the same vision – empowering individuals to lead healthier lives, lives they love; I could feel the electrifying energy radiate through me every single day.
Amazing, incredible, life changing are some of the words that come to mind when I think about the convention I recently returned from in Salt Lake City. I will say, USANA knows how to put together an all-star ensemble, an off-the-hook awesome event. Days later and I am still reveling in the bliss of having been a part of such an inspiring and memorable event.
I am even more passionate now about spreading the word about my product partner, USANA, and founder Dr. Myron Wentz’s vision of creating a world free from pain and suffering and degenerative disease. To be in the arena with like-minded individuals who all want to inspire and help people to create a life they love, the energy is palpable, and it is intense in the best way possible.
I looked around me and was filled with immense gratitude that we are all working towards the same vision and we are doing it together, empowering each other, lifting each other up. It is not about competition or comparison, but about a healthier world, we all want that for one another – true health and true wealth.
I listened intently to awe-inspiring speakers: Dr. Oz, Amy Purdy, Darren Hardy, Denis Waitley, USANA professional athletes, Olympians, Dr. Libby Weaver, USANA’s management, Dr. Myron Wentz, and other USANA associates who all had different reasons for embarking on their entrepreneurial journey with the company, but who have overcome hardships to not only live a life they love, but to help as many people as they can along the way do the same. Many tears were shed…not sad tears mind you, but moved to tears kind of tears.
The four days were chock full of takeaways, which I’m still taking the time to digest and allowing them to be revealed. However, the biggest takeaway was not from a keynote speech or a workshop, it was not a tangible good, but it was a feeling, an overwhelming sense of community. As I mentioned, all 10,000+ people at the convention may share the same vision, but how we got to be amongst the crowd is different. I am so grateful that I am on the team that I am.
I have come to know my teammates through an online Facebook group, so interactions have been purely online, with the exception of one or two events. It is one thing to connect online, but to share this experience together in person is like nothing else. They get it, they’ve been through this transformational life experience right alongside you and they totally get it. We may not know each other well, but I feel such a sense of camaraderie and belonging with them. They are my tribe, my people, and I love them. I feel so supported by them, it really fills me up.
Each team is unique, but mine is extraordinarily special. We are a team of like-minded health and wellness entrepreneurs consisting of doctors, authors, visionaries, therapists, coaches, teachers, etc., etc. – who believe in optimal health and wellness, who value time freedom, and who are creating a life of their dreams. This was a business trip, folks…a business trip, which was the most awesome business trip I have ever had, EVER!
As I sat there, I kept thinking to myself, everyone should get to experience this…the excitement, the energy, the belonging, the community, the support…everything! I want everyone to have this opportunity for true health and true wealth. They can co-exist in beautiful harmony, it is entirely possible. I want to grow my team of like-minded individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others, to empower them to live their best life, to love life and live it to the fullest. That is my mission. Anyone care to join me? It’s going to be one hell of a ride and you are ALL invited.

The founder of USANA, Dr. Myron Wentz’s departing words were you don’t want to miss next year’s convention, because there will be a huge announcement that will change the way we look at personalized nutrition. Yes, you’ve got my attention, sir. I will be there. I’ve got my convention ticket already booked. Care to join me in Salt Lake City next August?
Ask yourself this question, what do you want to be doing one year from now? Where will you be?
“What you visualize and internalize, you realize.” – Denis Waitley
It’s time to realize what you really want. Let’s get there together. Here’s to living our best life!
With love and intention.
