What Can You Do?
There is a lot of uncertainty in the world right now, which can lead to panic and/or fear. Let’s take a collective deep breath together, okay, maybe several. When faced with uncertainty it’s especially important to focus on what you can do that will bring you the most peace of mind. At the end of the day, whatever the day may bring, you have to do what is in the best interest for yourself and your family, regardless of how others may judge you for it. (It’s none of their business what youdo! On the flip side, it’s none of your business how others choose to manage/deal with uncertainty too!) Less judgement all around, more compassion and kindness is the way to go.
These are challenging times, no doubt about it, but the more you can stay in an empowered stance, meaning taking actions that you can control, the better off you will be — emotionally and physically. I shared this video yesterday over on my IG and FB page, and want to share it with you too, as it offers insight into what you can do now and I share with you what I am doing during these uncertain times.
Remember, be guided by how you want to feel. So, if having a case of toilet paper and enough hand sanitizer to last you until 2021 brings you peace of mind, and brings you calm amidst the chaos, then go for it! Your emotional and physical wellbeing are what’s at stake, and it’s time to do whatever you need to make sure you feel good, inside and out. You can choose to be a victim or you can choose to be empowered and take preventative action to help you feel as good as you can during uncertain times.
If you are interested in purchasing vitamins, then you can go to the link here, or send me a message and we can customize a vitamin regimen specifically for you.
After you watch the video, please share your thoughts with me. I would love to hear what you are doing to take care of yourself right now. Above all else, please make sure you are taking good care of yourself. It’s also incredibly important to get the support you need, whether that is from me or another source. I am taking on new 1:1 clients at this time, so if you are ready to take the leap, then let’s get on a call. Do not wait for certain circumstances before you take action, because as you know, all that is certain is uncertainty and how you respond to it.
Now, go wash your hands and drink a glass of water!
be well. love mel.
