Time for a valuable check-in
It’s the last day of March, which means one quarter of 2019 is poof…gone! You can sit here and lament about how quickly time flies, but in doing so, you’re wasting valuable time. The most valuable thing any one person possesses is time, so how you choose to spend it matters greatly.
As you embark on the next quarter of this year, consider how you are currently spending your time, and with whom. Does it leave you feeling fulfilled or drained? Check-in and reassess. It may be time to renew your goals or completely refresh and make some new ones.
Whatever you do, do not make yourself wrong if the goals you set for yourself three months ago have not yet been met. Instead, get curious about it, and be honest with yourself. What did you learn? How did you grow? Do you need support in reaching them? This is the perfect time to gain clarity on next steps.
Also, remember to celebrate the wins along the way, no matter how big or small, and regardless of whether goals were met. Celebrate the lessons learned along the way, and lean into gratitude for where you are now. Before the next quarter of the year starts, what can you be grateful for that you’ve experienced so far?
Tell me, what are you most looking forward to over the next three months, and what steps are you taking to make it happen?
be well. love mel.
