Germs, germs, everywhere!
Chances are that either you or someone you know has fallen prey to this awful cold/flu that is going around right now. What is one to do?
I am not a doctor, nor do I have a magical potion to ensure you don’t get sick, but I do have some solid advice on what you can do to try to stay as healthy as possible and not become the next victim taken down by this yucky virus.
#HealthTip of the week: W E R D
1. Wash your hands frequently (with soap and water, not anti-bacterial gel)
2. Eat loads of veggies (greens, greens, and more greens)
3. Rest (get your zzzz’s and minimize stress)
4. Drink lots of fluids (water, hot tea, clear soups, etc.)
Last, but not least…think healthy thoughts. Seriously! Repeat this to yourself: I am healthy, I feel great, and I am so grateful to have a strong immune system.
