The timing couldn’t be better, as I leave tomorrow to attend USANA’S International Convention, where they will be making a major announcement that will change the nutritional supplement industry. They are proclaiming a new era of nutritional science, and I am beaming with excitement to learn of their new innovation.

I can’t wait to share with you what I learn. You may notice that I talk a lot about USANA, because it is a nutritional product I trust. As you will read in the article though, I am not promoting any company or product. Rather, I am educating on the importance of awareness, because with awareness, you can make an informed choice, backed by knowledge. Knowledge is power. I want to empower you with knowledge, so you can choose what is best for you, whether that be vitamins, healthy foods, exercise, etc. Your health depends on it, and that is of the utmost importance.

In good health and trusty vitamins!

xoxo
