Will you help me, please?

I don’t know about you, but asking for help was never my strong suit. I wanted to think I could do it all by myself. If I was being honest with myself (and you too!), I suppose I viewed asking for help as a sign of weakness and imperfection. What the what?!?! Crazy, I know. Maybe you can relate.

Well, I’ve certainly gotten wiser to the fact that asking for help is actually the opposite of what I once thought. In reality, it takes great strength and courage to put your ego aside, and admit you need help. Beyond that, there is no reason to do it all alone. I wouldn’t have made it through the last year without the incredible support from family, friends, mentors, and my  community.

It goes beyond asking for help, but also being open to receiving it too. When I receive support, it enables me to be and do better – at everything – personally and professionally. I empower my clients to embrace this philosophy, and it positively impacts their life, transforming it for the better.

I want to be able to support you as best I can in up-leveling your health and wellbeing and providing valuable information to you on a weekly basis. You’re reading this, so let’s make it worth your while! Today, I am asking for your help, so I can better serve you. All I need from you is a reply to the question below and your honesty.

The question is:

What’s your biggest health issue you need help solving right now?

If you want to help even further, then please take this brief survey. It will take you less than five minutes to complete. Plus, as a bonus, if you take the time to complete the survey, then I will send you a link to my calendar for a free mini-strategy session to talk about a health goal you have.

Thank you so much for your support! I truly mean that. I am so grateful.

A little food for thought…where do you need support in your life right now? What would change for you if you allowed others to support you?

Have a great weekend!

xoxo

Mel

P.S. Please spread the word and share this survey with your friends. I need all the help I can get and I am open to receiving it all!!!
