This past Monday, June 19th, was my sister, Stacy’s birthday. She would have been 53 years old. The process of grief and grieving is an ongoing, forever process. For me, a lot of the way I process is through writing, and I wrote a piece about the feelings that come up for me.

Thanks to RealMomDaily.com for giving me the platform to share what I’m feeling. The thing is, even though I know everyone processes grief in their own way, there is also some solace in knowing that people have a sense, an understanding of what you may be going through or dealing with.

You may find the article, Deleting What’s Already Lost, here. If you know someone who has lost a loved one, then please share this article with them. Although grief cannot be healed, there can be comfort through a shared understanding, and it is my hope to comfort others through this pain.

Thanks for reading the article and for sharing!

xoxo
