When you are curious, then you are more open and willing to see things differently, which has a direct impact on your emotional and physical wellbeing. Research has shown that being inquisitive raises your happiness level, improves your social relationships, can create more opportunities for you, and it can even make you smarter. You may still be saying to yourself that this doesn’t have anything to do with your health, but it absolutely does. Your wellbeing encompasses your emotional and physical health, and these things are directly tied to the pillars of Primary Food — nutrition of the soul.
